Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

• We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The product is incomplete (missing accessories or parts as shown on the product page).
• The product has quality issues or manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for return:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., thermometers, blood pressure monitors, masks, nebulisers, etc.)
• Consumables (e.g., nutritional supplements, syringes, test strips)
• Opened or used medical devices
• Products with tampered or broken manufacturer seals
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

3. Return Proces
If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

• Email us at connect@healthstoreindia.com or call +917994455007 within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Review & Approval:

• Our support team will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible for return or replacement.

Pickup / Return Shipping:

• For approved returns, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where available).
• In areas where pickup is not possible, you may need to ship the item back to us. The return address will be shared by our team.
• In case of defective or incorrect products, Health Store India will bear the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Resolution:

• Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for condition and authenticity.
• If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be made to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days after product inspection.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank account details for refund via NEFT/UPI.
• Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

• Replacement is subject to stock availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of the same value or request a refund.
• Replacement requests must meet the same conditions as return eligibility.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. A full refund will be issued.
• After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow the return process after delivery (where applicable).

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
• Order ID and product details
• Our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verifying the issue.
