At Health Store India, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. The following policy outlines how cancellations are handled.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Please mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
• Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may still choose to refuse delivery upon arrival or follow our Return Policy after receiving the product (where applicable).
• In such cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Frequent order cancellations or refusals may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 3–5 working days after cancellation confirmation.
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI within 7 working days after confirmation.

5. Auto-Cancellation

• Your order may be automatically cancelled by Health Store India if:
• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• The payment is not completed or verified.
• The delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable.
• In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
