1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing begins on the next business day.
• If any item is unavailable, we will notify you and either cancel the item from your order or offer an alternative/refund.

2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Time

• We currently ship to addresses within India (including all states and union territories).
• Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch for most metro and urban areas.
• Remote / Rural Locations: Delivery to remote locations or certain union territories may take up to 10-12 business days.
• Orders delivered to Kerala (where we are based) may often arrive faster — you may receive within 1-4 business days, depending on location.

Please note: Delivery time estimates exclude processing time (see section 1) and unexpected delays due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Asper the offers announced on the shop / advertisements published online or offline by Health Store India.

Standard Shipping Charge: For orders under the threshold, a variable shipping fee will apply (based on the size / weight / nature / shipping address or as any clause defined by the company).

Additional Charges: If your delivery address is in a particularly remote or hard-to-reach location, extra charges may apply; any such charge will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Dispatch Notification & Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and / or SMS with:
• Order dispatch confirmation
• Courier partner name & tracking number
• Estimated delivery date

You can track the progress of your shipment via the courier’s website/app or directly through our website (if tracking link provided).

5. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

• The courier may make 1–2 delivery attempts at the given address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, receiver not available, or other reasons, the shipment may be returned to us or placed at a nearby pickup point.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer non-availability, subsequent reshipment will require additional shipping charges unless it was our error.
• If you need to update your address/contact number before dispatch, please contact us promptly (see Contact section below). After dispatch, address changes may be subject to delays or extra costs.

6. Packaging & Condition

• We ensure all products are packed securely using appropriate materials to protect them during transit.
• In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect the package on delivery and proceed as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not ship outside India. (Optional: “We hope to expand internationally in the future—please stay tuned.”)

8. Exceptions & Delays

• While we strive to meet delivery estimates, some factors are beyond our control (customs delays, public holidays, extreme weather, strikes, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
• If you anticipate delay beyond the estimated delivery window, you may contact our customer service and we will endeavour to assist.

9. Cancellation & Change in Shipping

• Before dispatch: You may cancel or modify your shipping address/contact by contacting us.
• After dispatch: Any change will incur additional shipping cost and delay, and we may be unable to redirect the package mid-transit depending on courier policy.
